When you play football, there are rules to follow to enter the main team…
Your performance is a result of how you train.
Give it your best. ALWAYS!
If opponents put pressure on you, keep going. You’re doing a good job.
I learned these rules as a teenager and I still follow them in my life.
2020 and 2021
2020 and 2021
In 2020, in a year of pandemic, I completed my degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
In a year of uncertainties and with a brilliant diploma, I enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing.
I consolidated knowledge and developed new skills and abilities.
I was doing everything right and making my parents proud.
But I needed more.
So, in 2021, I applied for a part-time job at a sports store. Perhaps it would be the challenge I was seeking.
I was hired and started in early August.
Three weeks later, the managers invited me to take on a full-time. I accepted without hesitation.
I assisted customers in their shopping experience and learned sales techniques.
The end of 2021 was approaching. The idea ‘I’m working full-time, with rotating shifts, and the dissertation is progressing smoothly. What if I took on a position related to my field of study?’ was pulsating in my mind.
And so it happened.
2022
2022
I applied for internships and attended interviews. Until I was hired by HELIOTEXTIL for a position in Marketing and Sales.
I didn’t imagine the adventure I was about to embark on.
I left Viseu and moved to Santa Maria da Feira.
I joined a multidisciplinary team where I learned to communicate with various departments and take on multiple roles at the same time.
I traveled by plane and ventured outside of Portugal for the first time.
I developed skills in management, sales, design, and copywriting.
Along the way, I defended the results of my dissertation and completed my master’s degree.
2023
2023
After completing the first three months of the year with a sense of accomplishment, I returned to Viseu.
Before accepting a new professional challenge, I deepened my knowledge in one of my favorite fields, copywriting, by attending a Todd Brown course from March to June.
In mid-June, I embraced a challenging project: I became the Marketing Department for Cave Lusa and Cave Lusa Premium.
After just a month and a half, I doubled the online store’s revenue compared to the best month of the same period in the previous year (August).
By consistently maintaining sales well above average, I contributed to the highest online store revenue ever recorded in the last quarter of the year (October, November, and December).
2024
2024
As the sole member of the Marketing Department, I maintained pre-established communication practices within Traditional Marketing while continuing to enhance the company’s digital presence.
I implemented strategies that generated new email contacts, increasing the database by 23%.
Beyond marketing initiatives, I took on and fulfilled all of the company’s design needs, including creating the entire visual identity for the 9th Edition of Cave Lusa Wines.
I contributed to organizing the Cave Lusa Wines event, achieving the highest number of participants ever—from producers to public attendees.

Believing in continuous progress is a core part of my journey.
That’s why I enrolled in a Digital Marketing Specialization starting in February, allowing me to deepen my knowledge and master the latest tools and strategies in the market.
I am determined to take the next step and embrace a challenge in Digital Marketing, where I can apply all my experience and continue generating impact with measurable results.
